Professor Huitink is the Director of the University of Arkansas High Density Electronics Center, and holder of the 21st Century Professorship in Mechanical Engineering. As an associate professor, he has established a leading research team in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Arkansas including multiple awards, where they focus on the intersection of materials and thermal sciences for applications in electronics. Much of this research builds on his industry experience at Intel (2011-2016) where he supported Intel’s ATTD (Assembly/Test Technology Development) in the area of program management of Quality and Reliability for Intel Custom Foundry products. He received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2011.
